CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION

If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Maulicashmere.com may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to buyer within a reasonable period of time. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded but with any transaction fee charged by the Bank deducted. Please note that Maulicashmere.com may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • Orders are only eligible for return/exchange if:
  • The product is clearly defective/damaged.
  • Received wrong product.
  • The product received does not match the terms of colour/design/fabric/ quality, as seen on the website.
  • The product must be returned in their original condition i.e; it must be unused and unworn, with no marks or folds, scent or damage. Please be careful when trying on clothing. (The Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange).
  • The price tag/label has not been removed;
  • The order invoice is produced along with the product;
  • The product can be exchanged with another product of the same price range from same store or any other store in same country;

Please note that no returns or refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, quality of the product, only exchange is allowed in such cases.

Please note that products bought under special promotion, or sale, cannot be returned, or exchanged once bought and hence no refund, return or exchange request can be entertained. 

Note: The Quality assurance and return, refund shall be void if the product is mishandled or washed in any way. All our products come with the “DRY CLEAN ONLY” label and hence can only be dry cleaned.

In case of any queries related to returns, we advise you to email your query to info@mauli.co.

  • Reach out to Maulicashmere.com Customer Care at info@mauli.co within 7 days from the receipt of order to get a confirmation on the return / refund eligibility of the order.
  • One of our executives will get in touch, in order to process the return/exchange request.
  • The customers may have to share the image of the product received in order to initiate the return pick up.
  • A confirmation mail would be sent to the customer, confirming the return/exchange request.
  • Return pickup will be facilitated by the Maulicashmere.com customer care team with 7 business days from the date of return/exchange confirmation.
  • Customers are requested not to return products through any personal mode other than the return facility provided by Maulicashmere.com as this may hamper/delay the refund/exchange process.
  • Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return cost and customs duties (for international orders). Such amount shall be indicated to the customers in advance.

Order placed for Gift Vouchers are not eligible for Cancellation/ Exchange or Refund.

REFUND PROCESS

The product will go through the following internal checks before refund gets processed:

  • The product/s returned should be in original condition.
  • The product/s must not be used or washed.
  • The product/s should have the original tags/labels in place and folds intact.
  • The product/s should be returned along with the box in which the product was delivered.

The refund may be delayed or not processed, if the returned product/s does not meet any one of the internal check criteria mentioned above.

REFUND TIMELINES

  • Refunds (net of any additional charges applied on account of return) shall be made to the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased, using the same payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the product to Maulicashmere.com’s warehouse.
  • The refunded amount may take 7-10 business days from the date of initiation of refund to reflect in the bank account/Credit card/wallet.
  • In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of products, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Customers have the option to raise a chargeback with their bank, if the refund amount does not reflect within 15 days from the date of initiating refund.
  • However, we request the customers to reach out to us first for any queries and speedy resolution on any payment/refund process.
