We are based in New Delhi, INDIA. Our manufacturing facility is inhouse and Sedex compliant, as per the International norms of Social, Health & Safety guidelines.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so require "You" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User of Maulicashmere.com.

PAYMENTS

The customer can only make transactions in US Dollar and check the prices of the products. For customer within USA, the prices stated for the products are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges, (please refer to our shipping policy). 

Buyers may pay for your items using payment methods such as the following, the availability of which may vary by Maulicashmere.com site:

• Certain credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), through PayU payment gateway.
• Direct debit, or
• Maulicashmere.com coupons, gift cards, etc. (if applicable).

Gift Vouchers and redemption of the same is available only in our stores and cannot be availed online.

* For this purpose we may enter into agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance and to facilitate payment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall “Maulicashmere.com” be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement, even if “Maulicashmere.com” has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability under this order shall be limited and in any event will not exceed the amount received under this order.

DISPUTES RESOLUTION:

All disputes relating to this purchase are subject to the Courts of Competent Jurisdiction in  New Delhi, India. This Purchase will be governed by Indian Law.  You hereby  agree to submit to the exclusive  jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping Charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. We do not provide free shipping worldwide. The shipping charges wherever applicable are based on minimum order value. In cases where the minimum order value becomes voluminous, we charge a nominal fee as oversized packaging charges, to accommodate and safely deliver all the terms ordered.
• Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and postal code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
• Please not that billing address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is paced.
• Once the order is placed, you can track the order status at our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, you can  email your query to info@mauli.co after the product is dispatched by us, you will receive a tracking code, with which you can track the status of your purchased product.
• For international customers, the VAT/Impot Duties/Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
• All prices are inclusive of local US taxes.
• We disclaim our liability in case of delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
• Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside US. Customer will be liable to customs charges in such cases.
